Im new to ths lifestyle but really looking forward to learning. Just ordered a Nikon D80 With lenses and more. Just wondering if anyone knows about this camera. I am brand new to slrs and dslrs and suprer excited to learn. (

Entry SLRs are definitely a great way to learn photography.

Thank you so much guys. Im a tattoo artist, so I spend alot of time tattooing, and also painting. I wanted to find another hobby I could still use art as my motivation. And Ive always loved photography, so here I am. Im really excited. Im also printing off pages of " How to " stuff so I can have reference for uses of each lenses, and their purposes etc...

Read n practice!
Read the how-to's thru, then try what you read.
It is an amazing mix of technology and artistry!
One you can take to any level and stay, or keep advancing.
Professional or personal - can be very satisfying.
Your artistic background will give you a substantial base to work from.
I think artists coming into photography have a better grasp to start with.

Oh, yes, that's an excellent camera to have or to start with, choice is yours.
