Need Some Advice :)

Hey guys, as you can see im completely new to this forum and to photography as well, so I dont really have any knowledge at all about it.

Ive decided to start looking for a camera so I can start snapping away, but im unsure what camera to buy.

I Don't have a high budget roughly £200 ($322)

I will be mainly using the camera for fast shots, As i go to alot of motorbike meeting's and would like to start taking photo's of the bike's whilst they are riding. 90% of the time it was be sunny and bright.

As I said I dont have a clue about camera's, so I was hoping someone would be able to point me in the right direction to what camera to buy. I know it wont be the best camera as my budget is only low, but im hoping someone can help me find the best camera in my budget for the job I need it to do.
