Nobody can tell you the exact settings for anything really. More than likely you have a light meter in your camera

That will help you find a good exposure. Or you could put it on one of the priority modes.

Read the manual, and learn how to expose a photograph.

It changes in every situation. There's not "blanket statement" that anyone can give you to properly expose your photos.

Get your camera, put it on manual, and shoot. It's not like it will cost you anything.
