Hello Every one I have plan to buy a new DSLR but I don't know yet what is the best for my budget, I'm a beginner and my budget is $600 - $700.

Do you want new as you could pick up a Nikon D90 with lens second hand for that price now or you could go for a Nikon D3100 which is a good entry level SLR.
