New camera New hobby

im new on here and new to photography,ive just got a finepix s2970 for Christmas looking forward to it all

these are the first shots ive taken any advice on projects etc would be helpfull im hoping to join a college course on photography in the new year

These are the sort of shots we expect every Christmas, get out you have some beautiful countryside round you, lots of old buildings and lots of cobbled streets that make for good street photography

I was going out today but it has been **** here if it's the same tomorrow i'm setting up my studio lights

Theres a good rugby club there i have shot rugby up Yorkshire quite a bit
