New camera

hey..i have just taken up photography..n i rly need to buy a good camera as my digicam is not good enough.

can any1 suggest any good camera my budget is rs. 25000/-.

Not much too much to work with there. I dont know what the used market is like there, but new you'll be looking at the D3000 kit or Canon Rebel XS
