Pick out 2 or 3 of what you consider the best of your work and post them here for some good more focused C & C. As far as what I have seen in your photo stream you have the normal just starting out issues with exposure, composition and white balance. Exposure and white balance are the easiest to fix as they are technical composition is more artistic and is something that you develop.
