Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
Hello,
I have just bought my Nikon D90 about three weeks ago and I've been doing a bunch of reading and experimenting. I'm looking at others pictures and some pictures are like WOW and I'm trying to get to that point. However could I get some critique and comments on my photos. Here is my whole Flickr set Also are a few pictures that I think are the best.
1) I just started to shoot RAW and I was playing around with some of the settings PP and I think it came out nicely.

2) Found this old bench in the park, I tired to take the picture with a different angel then normal.

3)Taken on a cloudy day I think the fence and powerline due ruin the picture

Please feel free to give me any tips I just ordered a ND and Polarized filter so I hope that adds to my photos when I get them. Thanks all and have a wonderful day.

You should read up on composition. All of these photos posted are lacking in that dept.

To add to Malone comment, a useful link to start with: 10 Top Photography Composition Rules | Photography Mad
The easiest comment is on the third picture: in general, to have a better appearance, you try to apply the rule of thirds (of which you can read in the link above).

the images title on #1 is wrong, very wrong.

Thank you for your guys advice I will read up on the article and try to better myself. Have a wonderful day

your stream is pretty boring to be honest. Go take some pictures of your friends or something.

Don't worry about trying to be "artsy" just yet. Spend some time reading your camera's manual, learn that inside and out, and work on the basics. Learn how to meter a scene, how to focus, and understand the "rules" of composition. Some excellent tutorials here.

I will check out those tutorials, thanks again. As to why I dont take any people shots is because Im new to the area so I dont know many people.
