C&C per req:

1. Missed focus! Really, really missed focus.

2. I'd prefer this without the selective colour, and I think it might be a stronger image if composed or crop to a vertical orientation. Looks like you've slightly missed focus here as well.

3. A nice scene, but I'm not really fond of the Orton-esque HDR look. I think if you really backed off the post work and leveled the image, it would be a really pleasant scene.

4. Cute capture, but once again, it doesn't seem quite focused.

There seems to be a trend of focus issues here. Looking at your EXIF data, I don't believe there's any technical reason, so I think your first order of business should be to re-read your camera's manual and understand how it focuses and how it indicates focus. After that, spend some time practicing shooting focused shots. Doesn't matter what the subject is, just practice focus.

1. OOF- try focusing on eyes. It looks like the focus is more around the dog's nose/tounge
2. I'm not big on the selective coloring, but if it's something you're really into, maybe try doing the eyes. It will really draw the viewer to the subject rather than the flower she's holding. Also just a tad blurry.
3. LOVE LOVE LOVE the colors of the water, but looks like the sky was a little blown out in the original photo.
4. OOF- cute shot, even cuter kid It's cropped quite nicely!

Work on the focusing and maybe back off just a tad on the PP. Practice makes perfect
