On your image, the question is already asked, what is it that makes it special, what is the story we should see? why don't answer to that is stead of screaming about trolls

PGRIZ, this is a popular place for birds to feed. There is a red bird feeder here in the shot. These particular birds even follow me around Dayton. I found it kind of magical because it was real dark out and I always see a lot of birds here.

For a real night photo you should use a tripod, a long exposer and don't flash. Even after your explenation I don't see any subject in this image, I only see a busy clutter. So maybe you should start looking at pictures of renomated photographers how they build up ther image and read some about composition, strong points,....
and look again at pictures and think why do you like these pics and why not keping in mind what you learned about compo.
