Nikon 200mm micro F4

So I've been holding back on buying a new micro lens for a while now, and I wanted to see if I should get the Nikon 105 or the 200mm? I know the 200mm is known for being an amazing piece of glass, but I wanted to get some input on whether it is really that much better than the 105? will the 200mm vs. 105 make a huge difference when it comes down to micro photography? and also its been a reallllly long time since that lens was released, should I just wait and see if they update the lens in the next few years since I'm not in a huge rush? any inputs is appreciated.
