Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
Hi! I'm new in the forum and I would like to greet you all. I come from Spain, so I apologize for my mistakes.

I've been saving some money, (I'm still a Student), and I'd like to by a Camara, a DSLR from Nikon. I've searching and I think that this two ones are the best for beginners, (price and quality). I've read the characteristics and I think they both are quite similar. I have in mind too to take some kind of photography course.

My questions:

Can someone tell me which are the characteristics that make one or the other better?

Which one do you recommend to buy, attending to the 100-150€ difference (about 150 - 225$)?? As I said, I'm still a student, i'd like that it would be ok for the next 4 or 5 years.. (I know it is quite impossible...)

I thank you all for your time and your answers. See you soon!

A leave you here some pages with the specifications.

Thank you once again.

I would say go with the D40x. The main difference between the two is that the D60 has the ability to combine images so it looks like an object is moving, and it has a "shaking" sensor that removes dust. Beyond that, the two cameras are identical

If those two features are important to you, then go with the D60, otherwise, save your money and get the D40x.

For a complete list, search around, I posted a link to a pdf document that outlines it all. Can't find it right now.

I have the D40X and it's a biznatch to keep dust off the sensor so I'd go with the D60 and I love the feel to it too
