Nikon D5100 Video mode funny colour during playback

When recording with the D5100 I noticed that on some of my footage, there is a weird glitch of colours, sometimes not really noticeable , but other times very noticeable. Like in the clip below

( I set it to play exactly where the glitch happens so you don't have to watch the whole video )

Does my camera need cleaning? Is it the lens? I was recording outside and I think it happens a lot when the lens is on auto focus, and when I do manual focus, theres none.

Has anybody else had this problem?

I recorded with my 18-55mm lens.

I'd say it was a digital glitch. Could be the camera, could be the memory card, could be the transfer software, could be your hard drive, could be your software.
