Nikon P1000 , problems with image quality or shaking ?

But with this P1000 I find myself asking everybody for help and no matter what I try the image are always shaky or blurred ,tripod or not , I believe more and more that the VR is defective in my item , ..

Try setting all settings back to the factory "default" settings. There should be a "two button" action for that. If you send the camera to a Nikon service center, that will be one of the first things they do.
