Nikon SB-400 Speedlight ???/

Has anyone used the small Sb-400 Speedlight???

My choices now are this speedlight and this one:

Is Sunpak a bad brand? Has anyone used this? I mean I would obviuously RATHER get the Nikon one but the 400 is so small and it doesnt tilt? Or does it?

The SB-400 tilts, but doesn't rotate. The SB-400 is basically like an onboard flash that can bounce. You really should save up for an SB-600.
