NIN Concert revisited

[rallysman]

How bad did I screw these up? This is when I had a 28-200 attached to a D50. I threw them through some rough editing to make them look a bit dirty. Thoughts?

Thanks

Was that the NIN/Janes Addiction Tour from last summer? Helluva show!

Yes it was!
I was watching some SSSC videos earlier and it got me in the mood to re-visit the shots I got. It's too bad I didn't have my D90 and faster lenses when I was at the show, but the pictures I got are fun to edit.

How did you get a 28-200 D50 in there, nice job considering the circumstances no doubt.

Trent Reznor kicks ass and let anything other than a "shoulder mounted broadcast quality" video camera in the venue.

Plus he gives his music (and DVDs) away. Helluva guy

Thanks for the kind words.

It's too bad they didn't allow DSLR for the lights in the sky show...I was pretty damn close for that one as well.

Having been to quite a few NIN concerts, I vote that #2 is the best.

Don't make me post the videos my girlfriend got from the opposite side of the show (even closer)

Thanks. I have a lot more. I'm just happy to see other fans are appreciating the twist I put on these.

#3 captures it all for me, the lights, the show, the crowd, and the smoke! Great experience, always wanted to go to a show just end up spending my money on other things
