Not looking for any critique

I really know nothing about framing or setup, I'm just amazed at the bokeh of this lens. Extremely happy with it. Quality is better, seem like photobucket kills the quality.

First, you are saving this at a very high compression (1024 x ~700 and only 38 or 54 kb).
That will affect quality and what you are seeing as great bokeh may be also compression artifact.
Second, unless you are hosting at the size you are displaying, then you are expecting the hosting servers to resize and resharpen. That's an unreasonable expectation.

I'm not hosting, just using the standard photo sites. What are the recommended compression and file formats to save at ? The bokeh is good on my end, remember I'm looking at the raw file.
I don't mind paying for a decent hoster as long as I'm not totally breaking the bank.

According to your profile you are shooting with a Canon 450D and that produces images that are 4272 x 2858. The file you posted on Flickr is 2048 x 1365 and only 600 k in size so somewhere in your workflow you are reducing both the file dimensions and the quality. Probably that is happening when you export from Lightroom.

If you are using LR, that will take images of any size and then will export at the size and quality you choose in the export dialogue, so I don't know what you mean by this. Hosting services like Photobucket and Flickr are free but the best way to use them is to export and upload the file at the size you want to see on the screen.
Typically images here are no more than 800 high by 1200 wide.

By hosting them at the size you want displayed, the servers don't do any resizing but merely save and resend the file when queried.

I have no idea about Photobucket or Flickr but what I said about hosting them (uploading) at the size you want displayed still counts.
