Do you do this in post, or just boost saturation in camera?

framing of first two is not optimal , imo, and the pose is sort of 'I reaally need to pee, press the button so I can find a toilet.'

I think you just explained what I couldn't and why I think a smile would help those two pictures.

I love the comments on the poses... This girl is wide in the hips. The pose reduces that effect. It's what I teach, when photographers come in. Posing, lighting, composition, editing, etc...

BTW, I use 2-way radio's when I'm working that far, if we're near the road, which was actually right off my back.

I have plenty of her smiling as I always do.

I hand meter all my work as well. No chimping for me

With regard to colors, I use a plugin called Virtual Photographer on 99% of my images. I dup the layer, run the ambience filter, reduce the opacity on that layer 15%, create a mask, and brush back in what I want, which is usually the face, hands,, etc...
