OEM lens manufacturer ID

Its probably a crap lens but I was given a contax 139 and two lenses, one is a decent tokina 70-200 zoom but the other appears to be an OEM. Anyone know what this might be?

Access 35~70mm P-MC f/2.5~3.5 Macro, made in Japan.

I'm thinking of dumping some older MF film equipment and keeping the Contax, and perhaps selling some older lenses I don't use (like for my old Pentax K1000 and two Pentax ME Supers) and trade in for (and probably add a bit of $$ for) a couple of Zeiss lenses (used) for the contax. Anyway, I'm just trying to decide if I should throw this one in the trash or if it's worth the money for postage to get a quote for selling it.
