#6 is pretty decent. The woman in the background with the ambiguous glance makes it work.

I think there may be an arm in the top right corner of 11. Did you sharpen these? Some feel maybe a hair over sharpened. Particularly the one with the gentleman and camera.

All are shot RAW & so sharpening is always applied in my workflow. In the case of #7 which was very back-lit, I tried to bring up some detail in the mans face. My sharpening is usually minimal & the last step in processing.

backgrounds are way too busy for my taste. something has to really be going on in the foreground for all the stuff happening in the background to not matter. 7 + 8 are the closest. 7 because there's just sky (although it does seem a bit sharpened), and 8 because all of the people in the background are facing the other way and the subject is much more engaged in the photo (there is a starker contrast between whats happening with the subject and what's happening in the background).

It was a very busy place & shooting candid photos, one cannot choose the background. However, I do understand your opinion.

oh no i totally get what you're saying. i'm not at all claiming it was something workable or fixable. i'm just saying that's what distracts a bit for me.
