This is pretty cool. I was thinking it might be an HDR or somehting like it for a second. then i saw the runner. Though shee's blurry i doubt you hadd enough time to fire off 3-5 shots. sO i'm guessing a lot of PP in photoshop?
It looks good. The Sky looks so cool. Very dark but i think it's fitting wiht the big city. Nice job.
