I have one but it's terrible. I'll try to get two tomorrow.

Not a lot better but I don't hate it. Bears.
ISO 3200, f/4, 1/80 (in aperture priority)

I think I'm shooting at enough of an angle that even with lens correction it's still distorted.

This did not come out the way I envisioned it. If it weren't for the challenge, I probably wouldn't even share it!

A few more snaps from Ona Beach, on the Oregon Coast. iPhone SE. The first four shots were all made within a 15-foot area, exploring the trees, the cut stump, the grasses, and the delicate flowers that were there, right in front of me, in lovely twilight time backlighting. The last photo of the green foliage is one that I made about 40 feet away, and was made as a sort of homage to an old Wynn Bullock image from I think, 1957.

I need a new cellphone, geez those are great. However, probably wouldn't be an apple. Just too entrenched in Android. Maybe a Galaxy? Shoot, who needs an slr or mirrorless for street, this would work fine IMO. Geez, I am shocked by the quality.

@Derrel impressive! Proof that it's the photographer and not the camera

@jcdeboever my sister has the Moto Droid and it takes great photos.

Thanks. I appreciate the mention. Yeah, the photog has to decide what to frame and when to shoot! Earlier this summer when I got a new phone, I almost bought a Moto-Z and magnet snap-on auxilliary camera with the 10x Hasselblad zoom lens

@Derrel: fantastic set. Loved 'em all but was particularly drawn to #4.
Thanks, peeb. Yes, #4, the stump. I was drawn to the broken grass piece, and the way it layed across the stump's edge.

Snowbear--thanks...that Wynn Bullock photo was one of the earliest shots that made me want to be a photographer. I appreciate you saying you liked the last shot!

Tuesday - day 4
Fuji XE1 + Meike f/2.0 6.5mm circular fisheye lens

I don't know about other European countries, but in the past few years things like graffiti are becoming less of an issue in The Netherlands, at least when you look at the smaller cities.
Big cities like Amsterdam and Rotterdam will always be the exception!

In our village there were until recently a number of places, such as railway tunnels, with a lot of graffiti.
After complaints, local authorities asked residents (young and old) to submit ideas, drawings, designs and color schemes.
City council would finance paint, brushes, aerosols to make murals or something similar.
A couple of creative people have realized - in different stages - various decorative elements in our village.
Vandalism and graffiti have since disappeared to a very large extent.

That fisheye makes everything look cool! I've never really wanted one but now I'm tempted.
