I need some inspiration, I know I have a long way to go. Do any of you "experienced" photographers care to share one of your first captures that you, at the time, thought it was an amazing photo? Than you look back now and you're embarassed? I thought it would be fun to be reassured that everyone was once a begginner...

THESE... are LITERALLY the first photos I ever posted here for C&C. It was on my old account before it was accidentally wiped, but I KNOW these were the first because I have a secret folder titled, "First Photos for C&C" on my Flickr account.

These were taken with my Nikon Coolpix, because I didn't have a DSLR yet. I had posted them to just get a gauge on my hopelessness as a photographer

And THIS... was one of the first images I ever took after acquiring my DSLR. I thought it was fabulicious.

This is one of my earliest photos and I thought it was quite nice back then.
It was taken in 1975 with a Rollei 35 on Kodakchrome, I guess...

ok I said I post some of mine. Taken around July 2010 with my little Rebel XS with a nifty fifty.

I've only been serious about learning photography for a few months, but I already look back at this one and don't like it. A family member wanted me to capture this in the spring for them when we were out on a walk, and they love it. But I look at the composition and it bugs me.
