One of my first photos, from my first "real" camera (Rebel G with cheap kit zoom). I think it's a good image, but purely accidental. I had no idea what I was doing. I've been printing it as a toned cyanotype lately.

Subject dead center. Too shallow DOF. Distracting background. I LOVED IT. I thought I was the shiz!

I took this one (on film) from the back seat of a car going 100 km/h. I thought it was the best photo I'd ever taken...and it may have been, at the time. But now, it just looks like a missed opportunity for a great shot.
