Opteka?????????

Hey guys I was looking at the Opteka website and couldn't believe the prices!!!! I was just curious if anyone on here has dealt or bought any of their stuff?

I had an Opteka Grip for my T1i. It worked fine, and continues to work fine on my girlfriend's T1i. That's the only experience that I've had with them. Wasn't bad for the ~$80 price and it included extra batteries.

I was just curious because I want get a battery grip for my xsi I thought this might be the place to do it.

Opteka has been around for years; they make a decent range of mid-range consumer accessories. I've never used anything as "big" as a battery grip from them, but innumerable otpical triggers, releases, and sundry other odds and ends work fine.

I have an XSI - I purchased the Opteka Battery Grip, and I couldn't believe that a "Canon" Battery Grip would or could do anything more than this one does - it's sturdy, feels great, and extremely well built ..... go for it with no reservatons !!
