Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
I'm going to be taking some shots for my little cousin at his soccer game. I just wanted to know where everyone orders their prints and what their experience has been with the company. i am wanting to get some 8x10 prints. thanks.

I have good experience with snapfish.com

I use www.mpix.com. Here is a link to their page that advises How to Prepare Your Images: Mpix.com - Help

What aspect ratio (shape) does you camera make? Most consumer cameras don't make the 8x10 aspect ratio.

Most dSLRs make photos in a native 3:2 aspect ratio, a rectangle. (4x6, 6x9, 8x12, 10x15, etc). You would need to crop a 3:2 image to get an 8x10, which has an aspect ratio of 5:4 (closer to being a square).

Most P&S cameras have a 4:3 aspect ratio, as do Olympus dSLR's.

You can also get prints made at your local Wal-Mart, Costco, Walgreens, Staples, etc, but quality can vary.

Love mpix.com, love their customer service, love their quality. I've also had good results with kodak.com for my own personal use, but I use Mpix exclusively for client prints.
