I like the last one. The first one looks too centered for my taste. It might have been better in portrait orientation or with less space to the right (her left.) The second one could stand a little tighter crop.

Agree with Snowbear, and will also add that these really needed some OCF to bring out her eyes, and the detail in the black.

Okay, I see no evidence of it; there are no catchlights in her eyes, and the sky is somewhat over-exposed. How did you have your lighting positioned (distance/height/angle) with respect to the subject, and what was the exposure of the light in relation to the sky and subject?

the exposure was ISO 100 / f5.6 / 1/250 + flash power (softbox) 1/16
