Bad looking skies-weather err. Bunkers are large and Good bait for us fisherman and Osprey. Really is good to see the Osprey making a strong comeback.

Thanks Barb. There is way more here then last year so it does seem the population is growing since the stop use of pesticide DDT that had a huge impact on wildlife. Exposure to this chemical devastated Osprey population among other raptors.

We just heard rumours of a bald eagle nest near us with babies that are just about ready to fly. Going to try to get there tomorrow.

Why is the fish laughing in the first picture? Anyway, awesome ones Dave, My fav is the second one.. it's a shame we don't have Ospreys here, all you guys are having so much fun

Thanks Raj. Not sure why the bunker is smiling but maybe it thinks is going to be safer and not get chopped in half by a bluefish. Maybe one day Ospreys will work there way to you. If there is a food source then it could happen. Connecticut is not known for bears but know we seem to have lots of Black bears showing up all over.
