Out of the Mist

The view 10 minutes ago from my patio as Ely Cathedral appeared out of the early morning mist.

I disturbed the Green Woodpecker who was busy drilling holed in my frozen lawn as I went outside.

Awww, that view you get from your garden. So wow-y! Lovely!

Just taken 3 hrs later. This time almost monochrome at 1/2500 at f8 into the sun.

The view keeps being stunning!
The warm yellows of the early morning mist appeals to me more, though the cooler colour temperatures of the second (with branches again) goes well with the actual temperatures outside!
