There are some good elements here, with the repeated shapes and textures, but it's not hanging together for me. I see some good objects (post/tower, and barbed wire/vine) placed more or less randomly in the frame in a particularly un-fortuitous way.

I agree with Andrew. My take on it would be to do it as a vertical so you capture the ends of those stems against the sky, more of the fence post and less of what is now in the right third of the image.

Thanks for the input everybody! I wanted to get a vertical from that angle, but I couldn't get a good shot because the vines/branches were almost impossible to see. I did, however, take this one. What do you think?
