See how the Danish oil makes the grain "pop".

The oil will have to dry for a few days before I start with a urethane finish.

In the meantime, I will busy myself refinishing a patio table I built 12 years ago from rescued pallet wood.

Looks great. I prefer Sikkens Cetol. Gives great depth, clarity, and protection.

Very nice....I use danish oil a lot, especially on red oak.
