Pluses: SLR with interchangeable lens. The lenses are K-Mount which are even compatible with the present day digital SLRs.
Cons: Aperture priority or Manual only. No Shutter priority.
NOTE: Don't pay extra for the SE version. The differences are minor.
As far as I know, Minolta AF-Tele is a fixed lens 35mm point and shoot.
