perfect lighting??

took this the other day, could not believe that the sun was shining directly on the flower.

With lighting that strong why did you use a 1600 ISO?
 
wayyy too vibrant for my liking. looks almost unreal

Reds oversaturated to the point where it just looks like a red blob.
