Person or action shot?

Don't know if this really qualifies as a person shot, but on the other hand it's hard to see the wave crashing in front of him so I'm not really sure it is an action shot either! Either way, shot this the other morning while out shooting at the lake with my best friend.

i dont know about action shot, but it looks more photojournalistic. i love it. you do black and white very well.
