Ok, so after taking over 1,800 photos in Peru, it was really hard to pick some of the best ones. I managed to narrow it down to 500, which took most of the night to upload to my Flickr page lol
Anyway, here are some of them. Keep in mind, these were during the hike, so I wasn't aming for "pro" results.

Porters would carry our big backpacks. They would leave the camp about an hour after us, and get to the next campsite 2 hours before.

These guys carried this coffin as far as we hiked the first day - 16km.

Dead Woman's Pass - 4,200 meters above sea level
Made it to the top after 4+ hours of hiking up the mountain
Now time to hike down the slippery, steep, uneven stairs

More crazy steep stairs
Whistling frog. They actually sound like birds. Our guide said he has never seen one in person and he's been doing his job for over 10 years.
Stairs carved in stone, slippery, can't even fit your whole foot on them. Porters were running down them like it was nothing.
