There are many countries you can't get Adobe CC through Adobe. Here is a list from Adobe.

It's my understanding it has to do with the purchase using credit card issues in some countries and VAT issues in other locations but I may be wrong on that point. If you go the route I suggested earlier you need to understand that you will have to buy a new yearly subscription every year via the same method. That can be expensive if you find you don't like it.

You can, you have to get it via a subscription card. Adobe Creative Cloud Photography Plan (1-User) (1-Year Subscription) - Windows|Mac|iOS

It has a redemption code that you enter. May be more trouble for you than it is worth, but it can be done.

Do you know of any who tried the prepaid method before because a customer rep from adobe told me that it still won't work and I don't want to lose $120.00
