Personally, your work is hallow and has no substance. The lighting is almost non-existent and the composition is very bland. Perhaps you should take the lens cap off first?

In the reply box there's an icon of God-knows-what on the bottom row, second from the right. Click it and paste the URL to the photo in the little box that pops up. Then hit OK.

get the url of the picture you want and put [/img] behind it and

This is what you are trying to post. The URL that you put into the box needs to end in .jpg

It needs to be like "www.goatcheese.org/rubberband.jpg"
Note, I just made up the above website for demonstration purposes.
