Went to stradboke island a couple of weeks ago, and here are some of the photos

I notice from the EXIF data all 3 images were made using f/8 and a focal length of around 28 mm. F/8 avoided diffraction effects softening the focus.
I suspect you used a tripod and a CPL filter on the lens too.

The exposures and the compositions look fine to me.

Did you accomplish what you set out to do?

Other than the obvious fact as mentioned above that the images need to be leveled, I'm not seeing any clear subject here, or, to paraphrase KmH, what was your purpose in taking these photos? They're nice enough tropical scenes, but there's no real single point of interest on which to focus the eye.
