Photoshop question

I was looking around at a bunch of old disks I have hanging around, and found a copy of Photoshop Deluxe 3.0 Will this version of Photoshop work with RAW files, and general touch up stuff, or is it just to old?

I have no idea what 'Photoshop Deluxe' is...but I doubt it will work with RAW files. You couldn't even use Photoshop 7.0 or CS to open the RAW files from cameras made in the last couple years....because Adobe doesn't upgrade the Adobe Camera RAW for older versions of Photoshop.

You could use another program to open & convert RAW files to TIFF or JPEG etc, then use any program to edit them.

No you can not process RAW with that version. Unfortunately you cannot even use it to upgrade to CS3 inexpensively. Sorry!
