You can get photoshop CS on Ares for zero dollars.

If you are a student you can buy an educational version for probably $200-300. This license is for educational purposes only though, and is not meant for commercial use.

According to adobe's website, once you buy the academic version of ps cs, you can use it for commercial purposes. Im not sure if it says once you finish the college class or as soon as you buy it though, that part I dont really remember.
