Ok so I tried to post this photo the other day but I suck at the internets and didn't do it properly so here it is again. New to the site and this is the only place I can get honest feed back on my stuff so thank you in advance!

I'm not completely sure why, but I really like this. There's a sort of 'eerie moonlit night' feel to it. I really like the use of the branches in the foreground. Well shot.

Welcome to the forum. This is a nice image, thanks for sharing. Like tirediron, I like the effect of the branches in the foreground and I think you have made some good use of compositional elements to give the 3-D effect to this image.

I think it's a good image but not great.

The composition is fine but the numerous foreground branches make most of the image busy. Where I would have shot this scene was with a wide angle lens at the edge of the rock overlooking the U in the road. While getting the entire road, I'd also aim for focus on the interesting water and buildings
