Aid I think the lipstick is a bit too bright, but good facial expression.

ALtho the focus and expression are good there are a few things going on wiuth this that, imo, hurt the image.

First, the vertical is off and thus her face is tilted.
The subject is too close to the background and the flash makes too obvious a shadow and makes her skin too harsh.
The colored background cuts her head in half.
The image is slightly too dark.

I also thought the LipStick was a bit bright.

Now I am new at photoshop, but here was my (lame) attempt
