I like the way #4 looks. #1 is waaay too over saturated and the other two aren't really appealing either because of the angle/glare of the sun.

i agree one is definately got way too much saturation.. i feel that a junkyard would have great potential but i dont feel it with you photos.. i am not sure how to capture b/c i am a little lacking in exp but maybe try getting in close and working with textures?
