Picture editing. Help!

Hi all.

New to this forum and desperately looking for help.

My grandaughter was born prematurely and despite fighting passed away. We have hundreds of photo's but in all she is attached to the machine's which kept her with us. What i want to know is can i, to look professional or does anyone know of a service that could edit the tubes etc out. This is for my daughter, Blossom's Mom. It would mean everything to her to have just one picture of her child.

So thanks in advance for any advice.

Rebecca, after looking through your photos. They look to be resized (800pixels by 600).

Do you think you have the original photos anywhere? Usually they are a little larger.

If not, thats okay

This isn't perfect, but all I could do with my free time (back to work)

Still need to fix the nose and lips
