Picture People setup

Can anyone help me? Im trying to set up a home studio. I basically want a simple setup just like what they have at The Picture People. Simple white background only with the lighting so i can take nice simple pics of my kids.

Two lights, two umbrellas 45 degrees from the subject, one light 1/2 stop brighter then the other, some backdrop and shabam! You've got your cookie-cutter-sears-portrait studio!
