Some environmental/fashion (?) portraits using one speedlite and a ginormous shoot through umbrella. I'm so used to my cheap (...ghetto...) hotlights. This is much more versatile but it's more difficult to get correct right off the bat.

Lol durr. Sorry I didnt read your post. Looks great, great job on using the ambient light to your advantage .

I was using one speedlite and a huge softlighter, which is basically diffusing material attached to a reflecting umbrella.

Overall, I like #1 the best, but I can't help but feel the light on her face is slightly harsh.
