Please help me decide:

I am looking for a compact super zoom point and shoot camera to replace my aging Canon SD850. I have been researching now for about a month and have narrowed it down to either the Canon SX260 or the Panasonic zs20. These two seem to be on top of all the "experts" lists for best image quality and features in compact super zooms. I am looking for a pocket super zoom for quick photos while on the go at ball games and other events with a long stabilized zoom. I use my DSLRs when doing photo shoots or professional photos, so need this pocket zoom for other occasions. Please help me decide between these two cameras, or add your suggestions as to which other you may prefer and why.
