PLEASE HELP! Zenza Bronica SQA light leak issue

I have been trying to troubleshoot some issues with my Bronica SQA. When the camera takes clean photos, they are gorgeous. Unfortunately I am having some random light leak issues that I cannot figure out. I have multiple images below as reference. The exteriors are all from the same roll of film. The two portraits are from a different roll but were literately back to back frames on the roll. Why would some frames have these light leaks but others don't? I recently added some 1mm light leak foam to my film back but it doesn't appear to have solved anything. Does anyone know what would cause this and how to get rid of the issue? Thanks in advance!
