1) Is a fairly good portrait. I can't tell for sure with this size image, but I'm not entirely sure if the focus is right. It would be worth stopping down the aperture a little bit to bring both eyes into focus. This is just an opinion some people like portraits with only one eye in focus and blurry ears. I actually sometimes like this style portrait too, but don't think it suits this picture.

2) Not a very flattering portrait pose. The shadows seem a little too harsh. The focus is way off and the bokeh is very choppy and distracting. I think this one is not a keeper.

Not a bad effort but make sure you get the focus stop directly over the nearest eye.

The first one doesn't have both eyes in focus and there is a very distracting shadow to her right. Where her sweater is gaping from her shirt at her underarm is also distracting.

The second one seems completely out of focus and that bokeh just kills it.

Sorry to pile on but just to add.
All, IMO.
The wb is off on the first, there seems to be a yellowish tinge.
She seems tilted back, the light is from above so the bottom part of her face is darker than the top.
The background is too light.
