Portrait of another little kid!!

It was taken with a p&s a while back at 400 ISO. Didn't pose her or anything, just saw an interesint expression and went for it. Does this do anything for anyone?

I really like it. I like the noise too. I don't mind noise a single bit (in moderation) on a B&W shot. I despise it on a color shot but I think it adds character on a B&W. The only portion that bugs me is the blown out portion of her shoulder which is a little distracting. However, for a quick snap with a P&S, it is very nice.

I like the angle and composition a lot, but I really dont like the noise. It just bugs me that it would be such a nice shot if it were clear.
